SHINE ON sweet Harvest Moon
Moon looks twice her normal size
Size that gives us some idea just how big.
Big for a planet ~ big enough for her role.
Role of causing tides and night illumination.
Illumination of the night sky is important
Important where the is no street lighting.
Lighting the night sky the Moon is a welcome sight.
Sight of the Harvest Moon shows it to be orange.
Orange because of light scattering as it rises.
Rises in the Autumn Equinox ~ time of Harvest.
Harvest Moon we salute your awesome beauty !

In a Flow Poem each new line begins
with the end word of the previous line.
