SNOW TODAY ~ UK !

SNOW TODAY  fell in the UK

Traffic all ground to a halt straight away

Because as you already know 

in the UK we are not used to snow !

SNOW IS WHITE and at the North Pole

Not on the UK we don't like it cold

So that our traffic does not grind to a halt

We've covered our roads & our highways with salt !

SNOW IS JUST WATER ~ frozen you know

So soon it will melt and down the drains go

Kids love it to play in it and build a Snowman

Then take snowball and rub it on GRAN !

Brits love to go to Denver loaded with skis

Or France in their Ski Pants ~ the high Pyrinees 

But we hate it at home ~ slip sliding about

So we've put up big notices ~ SNOWMAN KEEP OUT !
